Delivery
We aim to provide efficient and timely delivery for all our orders. Please review the following information regarding our shipping policy:
Order Cut-off
- Orders placed before 5:00 PM (local time) will be processed on the same business day.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM (local time) will be processed on the next business day.
Transit Time (days)
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days
- International Shipping: 7-21 business days (varies by destination)
Handling Time (days)
- Standard Handling Time: 1-2 business days
- Expedited Handling Time: 1 business day
Order Confirmation:
Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are correct to avoid any delays.
Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days.

International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: LayerCake Clothing is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
Shipping Confirmation: You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Order Tracking:
You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
P.O. Boxes: We ship to P.O. Box addresses using USPS. Delivery to these addresses may take longer.
APO/FPO Addresses: We ship to APO/FPO addresses using USPS. Delivery times can vary based on the destination.
Shipping Restrictions
Some products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or destination regulations. If your order is affected, we will contact you to discuss alternative solutions.
Damages & Issues
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [support@layercakeclothing.com] with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
LayerCake Clothing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
